Recently, Thailand customs issued the latest regulations, the packaging of the goods must be marked, the shipping mark must be displayed in all relevant documents.

According to section 3, section 59 of the new Thailand customs law, the rules of the "shipping mark" declaration are consistent with article 118, section 2469 of the old Thailand customs ordinance. All parcels containing goods shall be accompanied by signs and Numbers and shall be marked and numbered on all documents relating to such goods.
Failure to comply with the above policies and guidelines, according to the Thai customs ordinance (chapter 9, article 211) and the old Thai customs law (b.e. 2469, article 119) regulation, be fined not more than 5000 baht.
